Lindsey is the owner of Ignite 180 and was born and raised in Altus, Oklahoma. She now resides in Hobart, Oklahoma. Lindsey is a proud mother of three sons. Her passion is fitness and helping people. She has her ISSA Certification in Personal Training and is certified in CPR.
